Innovel partnered with DMAX Overseas Pvt. Ltd. to deliver a sustainable energy solution to support its growing operations. The objective was to control rising electricity costs while enabling business expansion.
The Challenge

In addition to this, the nature of leather processing introduced a complex challenge. The chemicals used in the plant created a highly corrosive environment, making sheds, machinery, and other infrastructure prone to rapid rusting and degradation.
The Solution
Keeping these challenges in mind, Innovel engineered a solution designed specifically for durability and long-term performance. A 71 kWp solar power system was built using carefully selected panels, corrosion-resistant structures, and high-quality balance of system components suited to the facility’s harsh environment.
By generating clean energy, the company reduced its dependence on grid electricity while maintaining effective control over energy costs.
Implementation
Innovel handled system design, installation, and commissioning, ensuring that existing operations were not disrupted.
The system was optimised not only for energy savings but also to withstand the demanding environment in which it operates.
The Impact
The system generates annual savings of approximately ₹6.17 lakhs, with the investment achieving a payback period of just 3.8 years, making it a highly efficient and scalable solution.
The facility now operates with improved energy control and cost efficiency.
