Job Summary:
We are seeking an IT Manager with end-to-end SAP Business One (B1) expertise to oversee the maintenance, daily operations, and implementation of our SAP B1 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will ensure system stability, lead upgrades, optimize performance, and align SAP B1 with business processes.
Key Responsibilities Areas (KRAs)
- SAP B1 Maintenance & Support
✔ Perform regular system maintenance, patches, and updates
✔ Troubleshoot errors, performance bottlenecks, and data inconsistencies
✔ Manage user roles, permissions, and license allocation
✔ Ensure backup, disaster recovery, and system security (GDPR/SOX compliance)
- SAP B1 Operations Management
✔ Monitor daily SAP B1 workflows (finance, inventory, sales, procurement)
✔ Optimize database performance (SAP HANA, MS SQL)
✔ Resolve tickets from end-users (L2/L3 support)
✔ Maintain integrations with third-party apps (eCommerce, CRM, banking)
- SAP B1 Implementation & Upgrades
✔ Lead new SAP B1 implementations (on-premise/cloud/hybrid)
✔ Conduct business process analysis & system customization
✔ Manage data migration, testing, and go-live support
✔ Upgrade SAP B1 versions with minimal downtime
- Team & Vendor Management
✔ Train end-users and IT staff on SAP B1 best practices
✔ Manage SAP B1 consultants, developers, and third-party vendors
✔ Define SLA/KPIs for SAP B1 performance & uptime (99.5%+)
